FAQ
When can I expect to receive my photos?
Typically, event photo albums are completed within 2 to 4 weeks. A sneak peek or two will be sent within 48 hours of the event.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Edmonton, and while I am absolutely willing to travel for your event, it will require travel fees. Don't worry, though- I will always find the least expensive way to do this, because I want to be there for you.
when is payment due?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at time of booking. The remainder will be due by the day of the event; sneak peeks and albums will not be released until payment is received.
What if more photos are wanted than what the package offers?
I'm very much a "quality over quantity" person when it comes to my work, but if you want more images than what these packages offer, that's okay and I have a couple options for you! We can build your own package beforehand, or, additional photos can be discussed around the time you receive your sneak peaks- just let me know!
